Refund Policy

Unopened Products: Refunds are given for unopened product returned in saleable condition.

Opened Products: Exchanges (or refunds) are given for spoiled wine only when the contents are still in the bottle. Empty bottles are not accepted for refund.

Sale Products: All sale item purchases are final; no refunds will be given.

Refunds without original purchase receipt from Willow Park Wines & Spirits are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Delivery Service

We are happy to deliver your pre-paid purchases to you; however there are a few fine points to consider:

We cannot deliver to anyone under the age of 18, and the delivery has to be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.

We cannot sell or deliver to intoxicated persons.

We cannot ship outside the province of Alberta. It is the law.

Delivery charges are not included in the purchase price and delivery must be paid in advance. Standard courier charges apply.

Once the products leave our premises, Willow Park Wines & Spirits is not responsible for lost, stolen, broken or damaged items.
